@GetSpectrum SUCKS. I was thinking of switching over to them, but after the mess they have my parents in, I guess I'm not switching. They had their service for 2 DAYS and they still have to pay over $200!! Ridiculous! SMDH.

Right after the holidays, @GetSpectrum sent me to collections over $69. I cancelled my service after 6yrs in the summer and tried paying the final payment and I couldn’t log in. Support said I had to pay over the phone with a cc processing fee or go to a store.

@Ask_Spectrum I just spent an hour and a half on hold for Tech Support and was disconnected by your automated system. I don’t want to put you on blast, but I am a lawyer and am working from home and need tech support ASAP to get my WIFI running. Please contact me.

First @GetSpectrum sent me an equipment 2 weeks before I moved, I had no way of getting to the package. They told me it was my responsability, if I didn’t sent it back I was going to get charged for it when it was their fault! Now I have no internet service at all. 😡 #Spectrum

I tried to @Ask_Spectrum to upgrade my service to their maximum speed available. I’m happy to pay more for that. I’m not, however, happy to pay a disconnect fee and activation fee of nearly $250 just to upgrade an existing account. Do better.

I live on I20 in Hudson Oaks and can't get internet. @GetSpectrum told us it would be $35K to get it here and they would cover $8K. ALL our neighbors have internet. Very busy area. @nxlink said we have too many trees to get a good signal to their towers. NEED TO WORK FROM HOME!!

I don’t have the first ******* clue how @GetSpectrum gets away with the **** they pull. 8 years in NY and have never had whole home WIFI in EITHER house.
